Frequently asked questions
How long can I rent for?
The commercial search covers one to twelve months. Each property states its minimum and maximum search period; the contract depends on the duration, tenant situation and applicable legal framework.
What does the Clé en main service include?
It covers the housing search, property presentation, tenant application, document collection, exchanges, adapted contract preparation, initial payment follow-up, move-in coordination and administrative follow-up.
Does submitting a dossier guarantee the property?
No. Availability must be confirmed and every request remains subject to landlord approval and dossier validation.
Which documents will I be asked for?
Typically an identity document, proof of income, employment information, a bank or income supporting document, and guarantor documents where applicable.
How is the contract handled?
Once the landlord accepts, the agreement is prepared digitally from the landlord, tenant, property and rental period details. Legal templates and an electronic signature provider are not yet integrated, so contracts currently use sample wording.
How do payments work?
The interface separates first rent, charges, service fees and any deposit. No payment provider is connected in this version, so all records are simulated and no funds are collected or held.
Are the properties shown real?
The current listings are sample properties prepared for demonstration and are clearly identified as demo content.
