IMMO PRIME ESTATE provides a digital platform that connects landlords offering furnished properties with tenants searching for furnished accommodation over one to twelve months.

The Clé en main service presents listings, collects rental applications, prepares documentation adapted to the applicable situation and displays simulated financial records. IMMO PRIME ESTATE is not a party to the rental agreement concluded between landlord and tenant.

Landlords are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish, including rent, charges, deposit, availability and rental conditions. Tenants are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents they submit.

Acceptance of an application is at the landlord's discretion and subject to dossier validation. Search duration does not determine a single contract type; the applicable legal framework must be assessed.
