We collect the information needed to present properties, review rental applications, prepare rental documentation and record transactions: identity and contact details, professional and income information where required for dossier review, supporting documents, and transaction records.

The final service will restrict access by role: tenants to their information, landlords to their properties and related applications, and administrators to review functions. The current demonstration spaces are open and contain sample data only.

Documents are retained for the period required to process an application and to meet legal obligations, and can be removed on request where no legal obligation requires retention.
